Apple (AAPL.US) held a product launch event Tuesday, during which it unveiled the new iPhone 17 series. This series is equipped with the A19 chip and utilizes a 3-nanometer chip process. Apple's thinnest iPhone ever, the iPhone Air, also made its debut.

The pre-order is set to start this Friday (12th) at 8 pm, while the sale will begin on September 19.

Following the launch event, Apple's stock price last sank by 1.5%.

In the iPhone 17 series, the iPhone Air boasts a thickness of only 5.6 mm. Equipped with the A19 Pro chip, it is available in four colors: sky blue, light gold, cloud white, and space black, with prices starting at USD999, or HKD8,599 in Hong Kong.
